In addition to our on-the-water training, we also offer fitness classes at the boathouse. These classes are available to the community and are a great way to get started at the club.

We are passionate about teaching people (at any skill level) how to move well, train effectively, and lift safely. Developing these abilities will help you perform better in life (and in sport). Basic Barbell: Group training sessions geared toward adults and focused on total-body functional movements.
Private Sessions: Individualized training based on personal goals and needs identified through movement screening.
Mobility 101 Clinics: Learn how to gain flexibility and get rid of pain in the most efficient ways.
Erg classes: Our erg class coaches have backgrounds in competitive rowing. They have created programs that complement our on-the-water classes by improving your rowing stroke and general fitness. Erg classes emphasize proper technique and are suited to any fitness level.
