Beginner Level: Monday / Wednesday This program is for those brand new to rowing. Basic boat handling skills, and fitness in a no pressure environment.

Beginner Level: Saturday's :
- Saturday 10 am - 12 pm
- January 26 - May 11
Intermediate Level: Tuesday / Thursday This is a program for those who have mastered the beginner rowing class and are looking for a more challenging environment. Technical improvements and more challenging workouts will be provided.
