Two New Adult Classes! Learn To Row March 23-24 and Masters Sweep Class April 1-May 16!

Throughout two days, our master's Coach Catherine Humenuk will be joined by other White Rock Boathouse coaching staff in teaching adults basic technique, boat handling skills, and of course getting out on the water in a racing shell. This program is designed to introduce adults to the sport of rowing. No experience is necessary, and quite frankly, we only want rowers with 0 experience. Masters Sweep Class

April 1 - May 16

Monday / Thursday

6:00 am - 7:30 am


These 14 classes will teach the technique and fitness of sweep rowing (1 oar per person). Coach Catherine will instruct on technique, fitness, boat handling, timing, and erg training over the 14 sessions. The goal for each participant is low impact /high-quality workout both on and off the water. Learn the sport of rowing at any age to build fitness, teamwork, and most of all having fun on the water with your friends.
