Adult Rowing

Options for all experience levels.

Registration is open for our April - June session.

We have options for all experience levels, from novice to seasoned rowers. Choose from expert-led classes or a boathouse membership for independent rowing and weight training. Whether you're learning the basics, refining your technique, or rowing on your own, you'll be part of a supportive community that keeps you active, strong, and connected. New to rowing? Come try a class for no charge any Tuesday or Thursday morning 5:30-7am.

Experienced Rowers

Training and Racing
If you are an intermediate or advanced rower, you will be placed with other experienced rowers. Here, you will build on your existing skills and receive more advanced instruction in areas such as refining your rowing technique, endurance training, and preparing for competition.

Novice Rowers

Learn the Basics
If you are a beginner, you will be in a boat with other novice rowers, where you will learn proper rowing technique as well as receive instruction on safety procedures and equipment handling. We also offer private lessons.

Boathouse Membership

Individual Options

For experienced rowers who have passed a supervised flip test and demonstrated knowledge of docking, traffic patterns, and safety, our boathouse membership grants independent access to boats, the weight room, ergometers, and all boathouse facilities. This membership is perfect for those who are ready to row on their own and maintain their fitness with full access to our training resources.

The White Rock Rowing Masters Program is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in rowing, regardless of their experience level. Whether you are a complete beginner or have some experience under your belt, this program is designed to help you improve your skills and develop good rowing technique. Our co-ed team includes rowers competing at local and national levels, as well as those enjoying the recreational benefits of rowing. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment, experienced coaches, and a supportive community of like-minded individuals who share your passion for rowing. We are committed to providing a safe and effective learning environment for athletes of all experience levels. To achieve this, athletes will be divided into different boats based on their experience level to ensure that everyone receives appropriate instruction and training.
