Masters Magic: White Rock Rowing Shines at the Dogwood Masters Classic

While the youth rowers often command the headlines, the White Rock Rowing Masters went to Tennessee and reminded everyone exactly what dedication, experience, and pure grit look like.

On May 30th, our Master athletes took to the water in Oak Ridge, TN, for the Dogwood Masters Classic. Competing against a fierce field of adult rowers from across the region, White Rock Rowing put on a clinic - bringing home an impressive haul of 1 Gold, 4 Silver, and 1 Bronze medal!

Leading the charge was our Mixed 4+ who pulled out a phenomenal race to secure Gold.

Not far behind, our crews showed incredible depth and stamina with the Women’s 4+, Mixed 2X, Women’s 2X and Mixed 8+ bringing home Silver, and the Women’s 8+ taking Bronze. These victories are a testament to the early mornings, the endless ergs, and the chemistry this team has built on the water.

Every single rower who made the trip to Tennessee pushed their limits and represented White Rock Rowing with pride. Congratulations to the entire Masters team!
