These are fun and challenging land workouts that combine a unique blend of indoor rowing and full body functional movements and exercises. In our group classes you will burn body fat, build lean muscle, develop better posture and core strength, and increase your flexibility and endurance by engaging in low impact, full body functional movements. The classes are designed for people of all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.
The Fall season will begin on Tuesday Sept. 2nd. for everyone.
There will be a Parent/Rower Meeting for Varsity on Tuesday Sept. 2nd at 6:30pm at the Boathouse. There will be a Parent/Rower Meeting for Novice on Thursday Sept. 4th at 6:30pm at the Boathouse. There will be a "make up" meeting for both Novice and Varsity on Saturday Sept. 6th at 8am at the Boathouse. We will be attending the following races:
